Hi my lovelies! Many of you have asked if I can share my weight gain during pregnancy so I decided to do a post about it. Lepo pozdravljene drage moje! Mnoge ste spraševale koliko kg sem pridobila v nosečnosti, zato sem se odločila napisati blog o tem.
At the same time I am happy that Matej has suggested doing time-lapse pregnancy photos. What a great idea and such a nice memory. Blown away of how our bodies change. We kept on wondering how Nicolai will look like and only once I gave birth it hit us: we're gonna be parents now. I still felt like a child while being pregnant. And now I am officially mommy to this wonderful baby boy. Feels like nothing else and no one else matters. My sole purpose and focus is my family. Hkrati pa sem vesela, da je Matej predlagal, da narediva time-lapse slike kjer spremljava rast trebuščka iz meseca v mesec. Kakšna super ideja in tako lep spomin. Noro kako se spreminja telo. Spraševala sva se kakšen bo Nicolai in dokler nisem rodila nisva dojela, da bova starša. Med nosečnstjo sem se počutila, kot, da sem sama še vedno otrok, no sedaj sem pa mami najinemu prečudovitemu fantku. Nič in nihče več ni pomemben, le mi, družina. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is how my belly grew through pictures and months and so did my weight. Before being pregnant I was always such a sweet-tooth however for some reason I didn't fancy anything sweet for first 5 months. This helped me stay fit however after 6th month I craved sweet again and didn't have any will power to sustain myself. I gave-in and enjoyed. To be honest walked 7km per day and guessing this has kept me in shape. And in my 8th month my lower back hurt so much I couldn't walk for 3 weeks so my kilograms have piled-up quickly. I think if this hadn't happen I would have gained 11-12kg maximum. Please also be aware that with gaining weight there has to be a healthy balance. It is not healthy to gain too much kilos and anyone that says you should eat for two is not giving you a good advice. Any doctor will say that you should eat same as you had before being pregnant. If you gain too much you risk your health, risk of getting diabetes etc. Nothing wrong in indulging from time to time but make sure you are active, at least walking a lot, eating vitamins, minerals and all you and your growing baby need. Also it is not healthy to diet while being pregnant as your baby will not be able to develop. Takole je skozi slike in mesece rastel moj trebušček in z njim tudi kilice. Sama sem pravi sladkosned vendar začuda mi do 5.meseca ni pasalo nič sladkega tako, da se nisem kaj preveč redila. Ko pa je napočil 6.mesec pa mi je zopet pasalo sladko in priznam, da se nisem več znala brzdati. Samo uživala sem še. Res pa je, da sem vsak dan prehodila najmanj 7km in previdevam, da je tudi to pripomglo, da v nosečnsti nisem pridobila preveč kil. Sicer me je v 8.mesecu tako zagrabilo v križu, da 3tedne niti hodit nisem mogla - takrat so moje kilce kar poskočile. Predvidevam, da če se to ne bi zgodilo bi verjetno pridobila nekje 11 - 12kg vse skupaj. Treba je tudi biti pozoren na to, da najdete ravnovesje. Preveč pridobljenih kilogramov lahko ogroža vaše in otrokovo zdravje. Veliko mamic zaradi prekomerne kilaže dobijo sladkorno bolezen itd.. Vsak, ki trdi, da je treba jesti za dva vam ne daje koristnega nasveta saj vam bo vsak zdravnik rekel, da jejte tako, kot ste jedle prej in ne za dva. Nič ni narobe v kolikor se pregrešite in si kaj privoščite, vse dokler ste aktivne. Če ne drugega si privoščite vsaj dolge sprehode. Tudi hujšanje in diete niso priporočljive saj mora vaše telo in otroček prejeti vse kar potrebuje za zdrav razvoj. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3 Months: 12 weeks: So we started doing time-lapse pictures when I was 12 weeks as tummy wasn't showing earlier. I have gained 1kg in first three months. 4 Months: 13 - 17 weeks: I have gained another 1.5kg in my fourth month. 5 Months: 18 - 22 weeks: Gained 2kg 6 Months: 23 - 27 weeks: Gained 2.5kg 7 Month: 28 - 32 weeks: Gained 3kg 8 Month: 33 - 36: Gained 4kg 9 Month: 36 - 40 weeks: Gained 1kg ------------- TOTAL 15kg   HOW I LOST IT? Mostly with breastfeeding to be honest. After 8 weeks I still have 6kg more than I had prior pregnancy. Assuming some kilos are added due to my big milk supply hahahaha?! KAKO SEM JIH ZGUBILA? Večinoma z dojenjem, če sem iskrena. Po 8.tednih imam še vedno 6kg več kot sem jih imela preden sem zanosila.
